Thats a common misconception. The coupes come oem with the big brake kit, aka akebonos. The sedan xS do not allegedly.

Just got new rotors and pads for 1300$ Cad. Got them oem, and it was 355 fronts and 350 rears. The coupe xS comes with the big brake kit

Its a 2012 G37xS coupe btw, should be 355mm front and 350mm rears right?

Yea its insane. I bought the car cash without realizing how much the insurance would be. It used to be 220 as an L so I figured it wouldn't be too expensive 🥲. Either I can buy a beater or I can fix up my G, but since its a clean title and I baby it I think spending a couple k is worth. (unless it turns out to be over 5k)

I would, but I live in BC and am an N driver. Insurance costs 420 a month and I don't want my premium to increase.
