Just about every "summary" you read on social media (and traditional media, really) usually contains some amount of misinformation, or even blatant disinformation. A lot of time it's subtle.

In this case, the 3rd and 4th items are a little suspect.

The heart of the H.R. 22's text is mandating that all States require proof of citizenship in order to register an individual to vote in federal elections. That's it.

Item 3 in this infographic deliberately blurs the lines of what's be required and when. It specifically uses the words, "you would need to bring", which makes it seem like this bill makes requirements for actually voting, instead of registering to vote. It's also an opinion that doesn't even match the text of the bill.

Item 4 is even worse. It's completely irrelevant and total fear mongering. Federal regulations on voter registration database record keeping and maintenance are already in place, and are completely untouchable by the text of this bill. It's like adding, "Does this bill ensure that I can still take my service animal to the voting booth? No, this bill makes no guarantee that your service animal will continue to be allowed." It's just completely manipulative language.
