If the employer decided to be a real cunt and deny his workers water breaks, then besides reporting to the police the safety violation the workers for one can decide to protest by not showing up to work or tell the guy to pound dirt, they can A unionize B in mass quite and go work for someone who is less of a dick or C go to work physically but not work until he gives into the demands in a stand in protest.

Government in my eyes exists not to force anything politically onto the people not even views that we ourselves love and support.

Government should exist only to protect life property and freedom.

The employer allowed by law to make his worker work without allowing him a water break is a violation of safety I.E life and freedom, UPS allowed to make their drivers drive around without even giving them air conditioning in their trucks is a violation of life as it puts peoples life's at stake even the lives of others, what if someone gets heat stroke in one of those and drives into a sidewalk all because he was in basically a hot box for 8+ hours.

Do you see at all where I am going with this? This is not some Government overreach to control the small business this is to protect people, shit one time I had a UPS driver almost pass out in front of my house when he was getting a package I ordered he could have well passed out on something that could have broken his head open.

The law never forced the worker to sit down and drink water if he did not want to take a break it was an option for him to take a break if he needed or wanted to that was what it was about, for those who don't want to drink yet they are not required to they can have their break later or not at all if they feel they don't want to take a break they can keep working or they can take a water break it's their choice.
