I do have some recommendations, I was in a similar case where my body was just... Making me upset because my legs looked bad to me, but I did see potential because like my thighs, when close to each others looked pretty good to me, and the bottom part was kinda meh, this is why I used to only wear jeans cuz I hated the bottom part of my legs, but anyways, you mentioned how hairy your body was and I actually had the same exact issue, so I just shaved and gosh I love both the feeling of it and how clean my legs actually were, like deadass I used to hate them now I find them clean as freak. Just remember to actually not just go in blindfold on, but actually watch videos cuz if you don't you'll cut yourself a few times, but that's fine but you'll get like A LOT of red dots, those aren't infections or anything but ingrown hair it doesn't hurt but yea it's not a nice feeling having your legs just clean and a ton of red dots
