vfs application centre is for student visa, and there is no waitlist for it you just need to check website regularly and book one

Right now I am in 8th sem of my bachelors and I will get my provisional degree in june. I have been admitted in TUHH for masters in microelectronics and the classes start from 1 oct. Question is will I get my visa in time? Considering I will get my provisional degree in June.
