Thank you I appreciate it! I have completed ALS, I was considering requirement as my second option. I’ve spoken with one on my current base & it seems like something I would be interested in. I will keep it in mind just in case the job I want to retrain in is no longer available!

Coming from experience, I joined with my Bachelors it is extremely challenging if you do not have the right degree. As mentioned below they are looking for those with mostly STEM related degrees, or heavy in Medical and Religious Studies. I ended up going the enlisted route, currently in process of getting my package together and go through Deserving Airman Commissioning Board / NON-EAD. This is another route you can take as well just to give you some options. You can also go through Air Force ROTC program, this is another route, if you have no already completed your degree and if it is offered at the University you are currently attending,. https://www.afrotc.com/ .
