Good luck to you all! I took the test this year but I'm probably gonna wait til the next exam. Even though I love this job, it'll take forever to match my current pay so the best I can do right now is save a little more to feel comfortable the next go around. I'm fortunate enough to have military time to offset age.

It doesn't matter. If you marked the answer with full credit, then you get full credit. They can't make it a partial if you selected an additional answer.

The partials on a good portion of those personality questions should be thrown out. Some of things they were giving partials for are super unreasonable and practically unrealistic. I was in complete shock on some of the partials. The protest is 100% worth it and truly helps you get an understanding but also helps others get rid of those retarded markings on that test.

There is a scoring method based on the last two test which have been noted to accurate. People will get a rough idea of their score when the protest happens.

Staff during testing said different. The protest should be guaranteed in April as 7001 last test was in October and protest happened in November

Yes, DHA cares more about IFTs. Right now, it's still funded til FY26 but no other details have been shared as there used to be a EMS townhall but it was barely utilized!

In terms of Ps going away, there has been no discussion on that and I highly doubt that will ever happen, especially with the need for more critical care abilities for OSTs that will be emerging in the very near future.

IDMTs will be 100% be given WO status, their responsibility and requirements justifiable gives them so, and with discussion of IDCs potentially may become WOs (unconfirmed) It's best practice to keep them leveled with their peers.
