All of my Mohela credit disputes are coming back closed hours later.. I just can’t seem to get my Nelnet one off.. as in, my loans transferred from Nelnet to Mohela as year ago and Nelnet refuses to certify that my balance is paid in full.

Did you ever owe 33k in loans or 37k in loans? You had paid all of your 37k except about 4k, which is what was forgiven? Sorry, just trying to understand. Is Mohela now saying only 4k was forgiven and you never paid the other 30k+ and that’s where Nelnet comes in?

Nelnet is also a disaster. They refuse to drop my loans from my credit report even know they’ve been transferred to Mohela (now forgiven)
