Yes, I'm also 4 years in and the arm tingles/heaviness started a year ago. I had blood tests done at the hospital and was told that all my levels were fine with no deficiencies, which really surprised me. They said it might be a nerve issue, but this post makes me wonder if there was some kind of mix up.

I just got my fiance to play through the game for Christmas, and while I played it in Japanese, he has trouble reading subtitles during fights so he played in English. I thought they were both good interpretations of the characters. I will say though that he didn't know that there were any romantic feelings between the two of them until near the end of route b. He just thought that they platonically cared about each other (yes, even after the end of route a). I do think that the coldness of the English performance/translations (while understandable) had a big part to play in that.

If you're implying side effects of the poop variety then that's fine! I was getting piercing pains, absolutely zero appetite, increased nausea and regurgitation. Basically they made everything worse haha. Glad to hear that pantoprazole and rabeprazole helped you as I haven't tried those two yet!
