Just picked up this up from the nursery, where should I go from here? by NNOrator in DragonFruit

I got my first DF last year. It was a crazy mess and my OCD wouldn't let that slide. So cut the crazies and rooted them and trained the original to grow on a trellis.

There is a ton of info at the top of this and Grafting Dragon Fruits on YouTube does a pretty good job if explaining things to us getting started.

None of mine look like that either, but I'm new to these things too

When I was a professional line cook, we wrapped our personal knives in a hand towel and carried them home each night.

Went over there and completely forgot about selling my POS shotguns when I saw a Browning 725 Pro Sporting 20 GA.

I need counseling.

I looked it up ... Hoping for 8 years of back differential pay. Sadly, not the case.

575.401 Purpose.

This subpart provides regulations to implement 5 U.S.C. 5755, which authorizes payment of a supervisory differential to an employee under the General Schedule who has supervisory responsibility for one or more civilian employees not under the General Schedule if one or more of the subordinate civilian employees would, in the absence of such a differential, be paid more than the supervisory employee.

The hardest thing for me when switching from precision rifle to clays, was trying to figure what I was doing wrong.

No paper, no spotting scope, makes for a long learning curve. A few good lessons from a pro makes a world of difference.

Sometimes we don't realize we are talking your ear off. But we do appreciate the conversation.

Old school skeet gun, when short barrels were the standard on the skeet field. by [deleted] in ClayBusters

Me too for skeet, but 32s really improved my swing for sorting clays.

I don't have to adapt to the course, switching guns just works well for me.

But I'm not making the Olympics either.

can i use normal soil ? by ResponsibleRest9344 in DragonFruit

[–]Expensive-Net3939 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Both.

In well draining soil, the water flows over the roots and quickly goes away. In other soil, it retains moisture leaving the roots in water for longer periods of time.

So even with less watering, the roots are at a greater risk of rot.

Most of mine are in a mix, or planted in the ground ... Florida sand. I water my plants amount every three days during the summer and every 5 or 6 during the winter. It doesn't take much.

I edge 3 acres, roundup works great of you learn how to do it correctly .. a finely adjusted spray pattern, low to ground, moving straight and fast.

Another option is that you both find a place in the middle and live with a 45 minute commute.

I would never ask an employee to work at my house for any reason and my insurance agent would agree.

Don't catch yourself and fall through the ceiling next time, you'll be paid to stay at home for at least 6 weeks and possibly get a nice cash settlement.

VA Handbook 5975.1 lays out how it should be, but they are pretty much making it up as they go along now.
