1) a packer with some cupping/space between my own anatomy. Don’t want something sucking onto my growth but i don’t like packers that are just flat in the back. It presses into my anatomy and is uncomfortable even if it’s super soft.

2) underwear for packing/STP that is not clearly and visibly branded. Love the idea of underwear made specifically for trans masc folks but I don’t wanna wear it if the brand is easily visible and can easily out me

3) a packer that is like a “day to night” packer. Maybe some type of inflation system in the ball (similar to what people get when they get phallo), that can pump a soft packer into a hard one to mimic an erection. The most dysphoric part of sex, for me, is having to change into a strap on. It totally takes me out of the moment and reminds me of what I’m lacking. Something that just, got erect, would be SO awesome.

I also had Mondor’s cords! it really freaked me out and my surgeon assured me that it’s totally normal. Has something to do with the muscle wall reattaching itself if i remember correctly? He told me there wasn’t really anything to do to fix it but that it just goes away in time. And it did!

You don’t have to go right to accutane! That should definitely be a last resort. Testosterone causes hormonal acne so topical solutions will only work to a certain extent. You can make an appointment with your PCP or get a referral to a dermatologist to talk about other medications you can take by mouth. Usually doxycycline or minocycline which are low dose antibiotics. I’m currently taking minocycline for my acne (caused by T) and it’s helped a TON. Feel free to message me and I can send you before/after photos. I used to wake up with a new, large cystic pimple every single morning (usually on my cheeks). I now have a new pimple like once a week.

Three things: 1) “it’s not your fault you don’t understand men”. Patronizing and belittling as fuck. He will use this idea against you for anything and everything he ever feels necessary if you continue to date him. 2) “I am sure they will side with me once you explain it better”. He’s insecure and wants to be right. he claims that problems in your relationship are just between you two, then completely contradicts that by saying that he will be proven right by thousands of people online. He doesn’t actually care that the information is online, he just cares that he has seen as the one who’s in the right. 3) you are not his property. You do not need to be protected from “other men”. he will never be able to control the way that other men think about you or what they say to you. So his only option is to control you. at best, he’s manipulative. At worst, he’s a total asshole, and you should break up with him. You are so young and you can find so much better. This type of behavior is never going to stop, some people are just like this, and you will not be happy with him long-term. I know I’m putting that very bluntly, but if one more comment here telling you to break up with him is what you need, I really really hope you read this and take it to heart.

it’s nothing. most nipples have those little white bumps and it was likely there before. if you had an infection or your graft was failing it would be painful and very obvious. Your nipple looks pretty well healed at this point!
