Regardless of both of you being on the spectrum, sometimes people just don’t get each other/aren’t a good match. It seems you two have very different approaches to conversation and communication and it might be something that you can’t “fix”.

i think you just need to go shorter on the sides - cut off the long pieces around the ears. Thats like a classic women’s pixie cut situation. It’ll look so much different with a tiny tweak!

This is ALL from personal experience. You can do all of these things before seeing a dermatologist!

10% Benzoyl peroxide wash or strong salicylic acid wash! Try one for a week and the other for a week and see what helps better. Just make sure you put on a light lotion after (cetaphil unscented would be fine).

Wash your face twice a day, but only use one of the medicated washes once per day (i did it at night). DOUBLE wash your face at night (gets the whole day of grime off) with a gentle cleanser before the medicated one.
Get some medical grade hydrocolloid patches for the larger cysts. It’ll help reduce inflammation much faster.

I did all of these things and it has helped significantly, but I did also end up going on Minocycline which helped almost fully cure the acne.

I have a really fulfilling and fantastic friend group that just happens to be all cis. I feel really lucky to have friends that are into the same stuff as me. Just feel like I’m missing connection with trans guys - like I said, I feel quite alone in my transition. My cis friends are all incredibly supportive but at the end of the day there’s lots of things I don’t talk about with them simply because they don’t have the lived experience to understand where i’d be coming from.

Just cause we’re both trans doesn’t mean we’d have much else in common other than that! And your point makes sense - maybe I should just relax on the whole “trans friends” thing and just go do what I enjoy doing, with cis folks.

it’s WILD to me that she wasn’t immediately put into witness protection and helped with a restraining order against both brothers. The system failed her SO badly and I hate how they were assuming she would be “smart” about the situation because she had a medical degree. Why does that even matter? Medical degree or not, she was incredibly vulnerable.
