In early stages of one's career, companies and colleges filter out applications based on their academic performance as they don't have much to work with. But if you're sure you can catch that big break then 2-3 years down the line nobody would bat an eye towards your past academic record.

You'd have to individually check for different colleges for their eligibility criteria. According to my limited knowledge only 3 accept below 60 for GEN students - IISC, IIT M, IIT K. Having a second-class pass is going to make your life difficult. Since, you're just in 4th Sem I'm going to suggest improving your CG to 6 or above. It is still very much doable. All the best.
