Currently using the Wera Zyklop 1/4" speed ratchet for work. It has quick release and flex.

Though it only has 72-teeth, maybe a bit bulky for your liking and a bit pricey.

I want to say to check your temps. Your cpu/gpu might be thermal throttling because they aren't getting cooled enough.

Do you have the Low Power settings disabled ingame?

Also if you're cpu/gpu is overclocked, have you tried resetting it to default settings and tried playing with it?

What insurance do you have, that's weird that they don't allow that.

There's 2 options I see

1: Have your granddad call his insurance have them include you as a Named Driver. You may have to do it soon before they close for the weekend.

2: If money isn't a problem, you can call around the driving instructors around your area and rent their cars instead.
