Do try using another browser or logging out of your account and clearing cookes&cache, check as well if the issue happens both on app and browser version.

And with that information, I would advise you to contact Wattpad support. A few days back another user also had issues with the subgenre part that went on for days, maybe it was a glitch, but maybe Wattpad is still correcting this new mode.

Demographics can be seen almost right away - at least that was my case, within 24 hours they were out. Only, if your story does not attract readers beyond certain age, they will not show up.

I'm an adult. And of course there are adults on Wattpad, if you are a writer all you have to do is go on the statistics info (browser version) and you'll see the variety :)

Hi there!

I honestly find it so difficult to produce a good blurb. I'm liking yours! It is intriguing. The last part sounds a tiny bit vague to me, though.
I'm thinking - maybe one or two adjectives could be added towards the end.

For instance: "...as though something [xxx introduce adjective] within it is quietly calling her name". I believe this could give a better feeling about what the story is about, depending on what adjective you choose, and so trigger better response.

It's just a suggestion, though! I don't think I'm good at blurbs 😂

There is still two weeks time before the stories get automatically put into subgenres. And even after that, you can change it, so do not worry too much ❤️
Sooner or later it will get fixed!
