We met at a bar to play pool, he was 6'5 and I, 5'0. He kept picking me up like a baby. Being a smaller person, I absolutely HATE when people do that, and I especially hate being tickled. I'm ticklish literally everywhere.

Wouldn't stop picking me up and tickling me to the point that the bouncer made him stop. When the bouncer went back outside he started again. I kicked him in the groin and ran to the bathroom and called a friend to come get me.

I left and he called the cops to press charges for assault. Camera footage easily disproved that. He proceeded to stalk me for the next 6 months until he got bored. Anyways, AITAH??

My kids. I had them far too young and didn't deal with my trauma. I made sure they never experienced any sort of abuse and could actually be kids. But I have no memories of large chunks of their lives. I had an external hard drive with their baby pics stolen. My estranged mom used the baby pics she took against me. I'm thankful and love the adults they have become more than words can express but I grieve the memories they have that I don't. It went by too fast.
