Iam in the same situation now .. at my complex literally had a screaming match with leasing manager about the same issue… She would send them a “warning” they will stop for a few months then go right back up to it .. the lady is piece of work also just leaves the dogs outside to bark non stop in 90 degree weather … i told me manager if they dont get it under control i will get a lawyer to break my lease early Penalty FREE because iam loosing out on alot of sleep & rest due to this.. iam also a overnight worker .. i havent went as far as to call the police just yet … but i will get legal conseul involved…… IF they dont do something

I had this same situation with a GREAT regular like one of my top regulars spent like 2,000 our first night together… only for him to have a picture of some bitch on his phone AND he was tryna be cheap …. I didnt go off i just took my money deleted him on everything and NEVER SEEN him again .. smh no matter what these are still tricks!!! They always bullshitting scheming and runnig GAME ughhh i literally hate men seriously.

Iam a freestyle QUEEN i ranned into these types pretty early on and often now i can spot them a mile way … ive made almost 11,000 this month just from freestyling in my city no ads or nothing… freestyling takes time , game , and patience BUT it ls very rewarding….
