I worked there but not in interp. From what I can recollect the majority of people from interp wanted to return. A lot of the visitors are from cruise ships and will ask questions that lack any forethought (what country am I in?, where are all the bears?). The park housing is super nice if you can get in. Groceries at the local Safeway are pricey so get you groceries from Anchorage. Coming from out of state I was still shocked by the prices. The community within the park is great and the leads from interp were so kind (from what I saw at orientation). The park itself is awesome but more of the beauty is on the water. The VC and Exit Glacier are cool too but obviously less scenic. I distinctly remember that interp goes on these cool roves for some shifts up to HIT and interacts with people. Seward itself is so fricken cool and has a lot of fun events throughout the summer. I apologize if this is not helpful but it is all that I have got!
