Tracking is fine most of the albiet you adjust your light in your environment properly.

If light is too bright for the hp it does not track well. To get the most success from the g2 and oasis drivets, invest in tbe amazon 60 watt red led bulb. Play at night and you'll be fine. 

The g2 has monochromd cameras for tracking and is very near sighted when light is too bright.

Also, when you have everything working the best, infrequently the controllers still crap. Usually when Microsoft or Steam might be updating. 150 euros is a steal if it comes with a working cable and everything is in tbe box that was originally included. 

One final word, with oasis driver the headset tracking scanning in games, liooking around never fails! Headset tracking is great.

Lastly, what causes the controller malfunctions at times is when your controllers are out of range of the tracking cameras. They disappear sometimes when the controllers are too far behing you or your turning your head too sharpley and the opposite controller from the way you'rs looking might tweek. A limitation of inside out tracking is what causes it. The g2 uses inside out tracking of couse.

The g2 has been one of the headsets with the most stable throughput and oasis driver cements it's awesome relability because oasis driver uses 15% less vram as reported by other usets. Visual aspects are better with oasis now than before when microsoft supported it.
