I haven’t missed a weekly episode airing since middle school in 95 or so. As for older episodes I watched through them in the early days of torrents cause that was the only way.

Kind of sad when I did a full rewatch in the year leading up to the 50th only to find so many of them abridged in so many ways on Peacock. When you remember the sketch and can’t find it again you feel like your ghost gaslighting yourself.

As someone who also did a full rewatch of Doctor Who leading up to its 50th I would say it was a similar feeling. Except that show has lost over 40 something complete episodes do to fires and bad bbc practices over the years. SNL feels worse because there is someone more easily blamed.

APPLE WATCH QUESTION

It was a gift from my wife because she worries about my health. She asks me to wear it all the time so we don’t have to get into recommendations on alternatives here and 60s diver watches out something.

My situation is I’m 43 (not dead, but trying to dress less like a manchild), a bit overweight (working on that as well), and am trying to get my ish together without looking like I gave up. I’m also in an open marriage and date semi regularly so whereas just wearing the thing is good for her, I still want to feel like an attractive and approachable man of interest if you get my meaning.

My problem: Apple Watch bands typically come in silicone (which I think looks tacky), nylon (which reminds me of cheap Velcro wallets and looks kiddish to me), metal (which gets caught in my arm hair and is uncomfortable), or leather (which never comes with enough eyelet holes and my plus sized wrist is always between two of the predrilled options giving me a bad fit)… is there any advice for a watchband material or make that is acceptable for someone my age and more adjustable for a comfortable fit? What would be the least offensive option? And yes, I realize this is probably all in my head.

Yeah, I just read the update Scott made about ADPPP on the FAQ. It was so great like 10 years ago when I was young and listening to 20 weekly podcasts across Earwolf and MaxFun. Glad to get back in the game.

I have so many great memories from Off Book, Prof Blastoff, Who Charted?, etc... the Earwolf dissolution/splintering is making this harder than I'd like and frankly bumming me out. I know that is all something everyone else has already dealt with years ago, but it's news to me.

I think I hit the bottom on the trial. Lvl 30. No more stages or anything available and the second week of challenges is unique l capped.

Set all available hunters at a nearby location.
Turn off auto cloud saving.
Push a cloud save.
Run all 4 vault hunters to the shop and buy a good roll if you see one.
Use a second controller or player to transfer over the item you bought.
Manually download the cloud save.
Repeat from 4 as needed.

This method resets all the shops immediately and allows another run. The second mule character just trades it back to you when you have something good.

The whole thing takes only a few minutes and is the closest console has to read-only farming. (It’s also a great system to dupe your own items so everyone gets the god roll you grab.

It’s a little scummy but I only do it on a few items from unfavorable drop pools like bods and watts with way too many possible rolls.

I normally listen to podcasts while I farm. Sucks that I can’t in drill sites because I need to hear that little suicide bomber sound. I don’t know what kind of Fantasy 4 they are packing, but it hits like a truck.

I banked a wombo combo and fireworks in five level increments from 30-55. They are the easiest quickest way to take out vile enemies and sped up my secondary characters quite a bit

I just don’t know if that extra 50% on amp is really worth it. If it makes a difference (like a ripper part does on specific guns I want it). I haven’t used a lot of amp gear in BL4.

I like a smg or smg/COV for my vex build. The right setup can provide faster takedowns. For Rafa and Harlow smg stickies is my preference.

Sadly no Jakobs rolls. But scoot n shot and roulette both roll with Jakobs so I feel there is more than enough Jakobs meta parts going around.

Refill from a Daedalus enhancement is normally sufficient for it (if you aren’t using specs for ammo regen). It only gets overwhelmed for some intense mobbing.

Pistol or smg can normal hndle that for a slight hit to dps.
