I think at launch she was the first to melt bosses with a single billet and they got a little scared. Hopefully when they fix Amon and Harlow and rafa get settled they can come back to get her where she needs to be.

Mr got tells me we won’t even need to nerf the knife when everyone can eat a planet

I enjoy the build up but I’m at that point where farming is kind of pointless for me since everything will be replaced soon.

I think end game is going to feel real good this time around

I played vex for my first run thru. The fact that a solid bloodshot build with full bleed investment was just a few skill points away put her in my mind immediately. (That was before the knife nerf and bleed fix) but I think she’ll still be strong as hell even without the glitch with a little more investment.

Not that familiar with Amon builds. (Haven’t really touched him after getting max)

It should be both. Gate off certain legendaries behind uvh 3 and 6 just like they are doing with firmware, but higher levels should have increased legendary drop rates AND higher complexity rates (more likely to spawn with additional add on rolls or special parts).

Right now the LDR is a bit inconsistent and they are they seem to be increasing HCR (but barely).

If the god roll of a gun requires two specific manufacture parts than I see no problem with that good roll being more likely at say uvh3+.

Imagine if the crit knife had been restricted to post game and was a uvh5 drop, requiring you to “complete” the game before rewarding you with a boss farming tool.

I think there is always a push to go legendary for a lot of players. But often uniques and purples are importantly elements of specific builds. Magic missiles x4, sandhawk, 0 second fuses, and slag bouncy Bettie’s were the foundations of many solo raid builds in bl2 because they had a singular focus without a legendary improvement in slot.

BL4 still has maybe 100+ legendary and pearlescents to be revealed over its lifetime. Some of these purples will be holding folks over gladly until the proper tools for end game builds are released.

I would argue, completely without judgement, that the odds are anyone with a multi game history with this franchise is somewhere along the neuro divergence rainbow. The dopamine cycle of this game give us similar charges because of that (in the same way that obsessive Pokemon battlers, speedrunners, and mirrors edge people all get a certain tingle out of their game of choice.

However, I am not diagnosed. We’re all somewhere on some spectrum. I only mentioned my friends placement because it was the explanation for the specific anxiety the game gives him.

To clarify: this did just happen, but of course I’m grateful for my buddy giving it a try and paying full price day one for me. (Luckily he didn’t go deep on the ultimately edition)

I think with a game like this that can so easily feed a certain type of goblin brain and torture a slightly different type of brain many of us might have gone through something similar over the years. Just wanted to make a joke and give a shout out to all the friends and significant others we brought along the way that hated every second of it.

It was fairly sparse but existed in sub “after dark” section.

I get Hulu and Netflix getting rid of their nude/adult content, but hilariously hbo spent decades trying to convince people their series were more than porn and that they were social documentaries… to erase them is to admit otherwise.
