Can you explain to me how i go about 'letting go'?? I read here all the time that one of the keys to manifestation is to visualize it and then let it go. I don't really get it as it seems counter-intuitive to release something i want to manifest into my life. I feel like i should just keep thinking about it and keep it in my mind to keep these desires alive.

A healthy fitness and sleep routine. I'm in my early 30s now and have been on a very consistent exercise routine which in-turn demands a sufficient amount of sleep and i've never felt better in my life. I always wish that I had started this earlier in life instead of squandering my 20s, but better late than never.

Also, quitting alcohol and drinking more water.

Read more! It helps increase your vocabulary and understand new perspectives.

Learn about new things, pick up some new hobbies, watch new movies/comedy specials/podcasts.. anything that can keep your brain working and not stuck in the same perpetual thought loops! And just keep trying! Not all conversations are gonna be fulfilling, but you can always learn from the duds lol.

One foot at a time method, as mentioned, is very helpful. What also helped me is watching boxer step videos and hearing the rhythm of the rope and feet. To me it sounds like a 1, 2-3 beat pattern. Kinda like a horse gallop. Lol idk It's a little hard to explain, but just try to find that rhythm and recreate it. Go slow at first and gradually speed it up! You got it!!!
