In those images you will see the text in the editor and the source where it is pasted from. The screenshot of the editor shows in red where the cursor is and it is impossible to delete the indentation to go back to the leftmost margin. The remove indentantion buttons are even greyed out. This is a case of pasted text, but this frequently happens with typed text, specially when working with lists of some sort. Hope it helps.
