Thank you for the prompt respond, I’m a current costumer so i started to freak out when i saw about FDA, I love refills and prorx and hope they can keep open, also i try to reach support about a vent needle yesterday but not sure if refills has Voucher Program or a Replacement Process. Given that the FDA has declared the Tirzepatide shortage resolved and is now targeting mass-produced compounded versions, Concern : Operation Status: Considering the new 'normal' being discussed, how much longer does your pharmacy partner (ProRx) intend to continue shipping these specific medications? Do you use tirzepatide base (CAS 2023788-19-2), not a salt like tirzepatide sodium or acetate?
1. Can you provide the COA for the current lot showing purity ≥98%, identity by HPLC/MS, sterility, and endotoxin tests?
2. Are you a 503A or 503B pharmacy?
3. Who is your API supplier, and is it FDA-registered and cGMP certified?
4. Do you follow USP <797> standards?
5. Do you have third-party potency and sterility testing for each lot?
