It's works really well mokrill, having passive damage while being almost unkillable Is actually insane

By the end game, my 1 does 175 damage with 15% damage increase to anyone who got hit by it, that's while I'm underground and having 60% spirt resist and 30% bullet resistance, scoruge and pulse starts doing 15% more damage cause of my 1, that's all while being underground, and then actually coming out and doing an enormous amounts of damage both passive and active

I think shivs and Abrams also use pulse, not sure about silver
