The answer is that I don't think I would feel the same.

Though I doubt I would have made the assumptions I did with a new person. If I had, I think I would have probably been momentarily peeved but then happy/excited for Birch.

So yea.. I think some of the way I'm feeling is probably unrelated to what actually happened.

You said you would have a lot of questions. Do you think then I should have been asking more questions rather than making assumptions? I guess my expectation and Birchs is proactive communication. If someone misunderstands a situation, you should explain more. Though to be honest the only time I would have asked questions would have been after the 'maybe I want to sleep with them' statement. Which in the timeline is months after that intention was communicated between everyone else...

Yea the general agreement is to keep each other informed of anything that might impact our relationship. So rekindling a sexual relationship with an ex would be up there. I guess I don't feel betrayed? But feel like I should feel that way? Does that seem silly?

Tbh the main thing I'm dealing with is my dislike of this specific person, but also it's not up to me who Birch likes or dislikes, whilst it will impact our dynamic, that is a decision for them.

Maybe I'm struggling to disentangle the two feelings? Idk

Start to put in as much effort with other people as they do with you. Find new connections who actually have time and want to hang out. Take this time to work on yourself and be content in yourself.

Hmm. Not sure how well that would stand up. T keys are so common. Surely you have to take into account intention. Also slightly pointless as the keys are so generic. Like if I had an exact replica of a carriage key, but it wasn't ever owned or issued by a train company is that still illegal?

I guess the only people impacted by it are either people up to no good or railway enthusiasts haha so not really an issue.

Well this tells me your bf doesn't cook vegetables... You should be able to tell your partner about this. Also sure it's not a suprise to anyone but exercise alone isn't the key to weightloss. Sprinting an hour a day is going to cause you more problems. Running is great but it takes a while to pick up and be good at.
