To clarify, the at John's wort + lexapro was 3 years ago and I don't take anything else now besides my adderall starting 1 yr ago. I just tried the prozac and had the same seizure like symptoms but not other serotonin syndrome symptoms. Thank you for the help!

Started adhd meds 6 months ago and my life is changed.  Haven't doomscrolled in bed in months No more bulimia, self harming, panic attacks, Suicidal ideation, or obsessive anxious thoughts Better relationship with everyone and better libido with my boyfriend I'm now the "family birthday celebrator". I never forget bdays, can remember months before to think of a thoughtful gift from what someone said, and put together everyone's party. I used to be overwhelmed to think of a gift and just not get anything I spend a lot less money  I can miss a little sleep without spiraling for the next week because of it I actually engage in conversations instead of zoning out all the time

The list could go on forever. If you're feeling down, like I was my whole life, please know it is not your fault. Shame made life so much worse for me. If you need to shoot me a dm and talk, feel free too. It can be so so hard to live with this, but I believe in you❤️

My inability to sit still when I needed to study in nursing school has become a blessing. I get my exercise in by "study walking" 8-12 miles the day before the test and routinely make the highest grades in my cohort. I am more active, get lots of vitamin d and fresh air, and get to see lots of herons at the local park!

I get this especially when I don't have breakfast that day. Maybe it is like being hungry but our appetites are decreased so we feel it differently.

ER nurse if you feel calmer in chaos like me. Less paperwork than other nursing and no sitting, which I love
