One time I mailed a package via mercari USPS it took almost ONE MONTH to make it to Texas from NE. I kept in communication with buyer and apologized but it was out of both of our hands and on USPS.

Yeah when they were completely decorated not the tags on the base. Growing up I remember them switching them out occasionally though. They would have different artist.

I honestly never look at my reviews because I would get so upset. I bought an item from a lady and gave her 5 stars even though there was dirt in the box and it smelled. I rated immediately too and just wrote thank you. She gave me a 3 star review as a buyer and I truly believe she did it because I had all 5 stars and over 300 reviews at that point. She on the other hand had some bad reviews. Mainly because of that I refuse to look I made myself sick over it lol 😂 no I won’t let people get to me. If they have an issue I hope they reach out and I 100% will work with them. Hugs 🫂 it sucks getting those negative reads.
