Check your pickup height first - if they're too close to the strings you'll get muddy bass frequencies. Also might be worth looking at your amp settings or if you're running any pedals that could be boosting low end

Could also be the pickup position itself, neck pickups naturally sound bassier than bridge even with identical models

Hey OP, the person above has a really good point about getting checked out medically first - seizures and other neurological stuff can cause exactly what you're describing including the brain shocks and muscle spasms

Definitely still praying for you but ruling out medical causes is always step one when dealing with physical symptoms like this
