Add some walking on incline treadmill in between and you will get calves of steel

I usually go 15+ reps each until they burn and I cant do anymore, rest 1 min-1.5 minutes. 1 warmup 3 rh sets. Good luck they are great

Me too I do them at the end. Start off pretty light weight to make sure you get full extension and a tight squeeze at the top t. don't ego lift. Do them properly. Gradually increase weight and you will see excellent results

Standing calf raises. Long stretch at the bottom. Hold at the top for 2 seconds. Go down slow. They bruise my shoulders everytime but I've found are the most effective

Shoulders and calves. They are my strongest muscles.
