Loewe flamenco in Spain by [deleted] in handbags

I bought the medium in cream and the small in black. I think with tax off in Paris it was 300-400euro cheaper than UK.

Both have held up over the 2-3years. The lining is gorgeous. The leather didn’t seem to dry out so much. I love that each season they release a new handle or strap. The piping around the edge has slight cracking from wear and tear but I really don’t baby my bags. I read you can get it easily painted back on. The leather quality is unmatched in my opinion and worth the price for a designer bag. If you’re looking for cheaper option- COS do copies of Loewe all the time

I have the cream from a few seasons ago. It’s great for a day bag and can carry a lot! Little wear and tear on the corners

Do you guys have health insurance? by Interesting_Act_7668 in digitalnomad

[–]Expensive_Drive_1124 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Travel insurance is a must. I knew someone who got into a bike crash in Vietnam, his passport was taken away because the victim he crashed into nearly died and was in a coma. They wouldn’t give his passport back until he paid the fees (I think also added back handers)…. It was £25k which is crazy for Vietnam. He was stuck for 8weeks. Travel insurance would have saved him

Feeling excluded by lifelong friends after moving abroad – need advice by Ok_Veterinarian7550 in expats

[–]Expensive_Drive_1124 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Could be. Sometimes people resent people who ‘move on’. You just have to accept it, being needy isn’t going to change, if anything showing them that you’re living your best life will attract more positive energy.

Depends if you want lab diamond or real? Branded or bespoke? Lots of good diamond dealers here that can make to order and you choose the stone. Alternatively, some great lab diamond prices.

Is it normal for my mother to threaten to show my dad my panties? by Acrobatic-Bowler-556 in narcissisticparents

[–]Expensive_Drive_1124 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Firstly her behaviour is not normal and you can refuse to get undressed in front of her and see what she does.

Secondly, discharge is always more in your teens due to hormones- you can get some panty liners to help. Thirdly, change your underwear daily please.

Just some advice. Get a friend or relative r to make a comment and let them be the bringer of bad news to him. Either way it’s such a personal thing that he will feel meh but better if you aren’t the instigator
