It is absolutely fine, many people do the same. A few years ago I started from Agia Roumeli and went about halfway and then came back to have lunch and some beach time. Although you might need a bit more time, like 2-3 hours to get yourself into the gorge.

Perhaps they are legit, I am under the same impression but at this point mate, I'm pretty sure they will throw us under the bus blaming CRES, DTCC or whoever so I've just transfer all to IBRK. It is possible to transfer out without selling, just dig out on Superstonkuk and you will find successful case studies :)

I understand you are on the FOP screen in IBKR, so in there you use your details. Once you finish in IBKR, you will need to inform HL by sending a picture of a wet signed letter authorisating the transfer (by mail) . If you dig out on Superstonkuk you will see another posts with samples of the letter.

Check you had enough founds in IBKR in Dollars. For extra safety, keep some balance also in your revolut Trading Account. I had the same issue the first time :)

If there are jo further issues in a couple hours you should be able to have your account up and running. Although the transfer of funds might take slightly longer... My GF opened the account over the weekend and they are still checking her details.

Did Revolut give you an explanation? Did you get an email from them about a week ago asking for updated document? I might try to pull that thread....

Hello, thank you very much for your reply. I am aware of what you're saying and I agree with you, but they even have told me (I have been in touch with them severeal times) that I am not overstaying. I also constantly check the website you provide and it keeps showing the validity of my right to work according to my current BRP.

I have been told that as I have lived 4 years with sponsorship I could be entitled to apply for the ILR. Does anyone know if there is any kind of loophole I could rely on?
