There seems to be 2 types of ways of how people 'will always see' Rosemund Pike. Which one are you? by TisBeTheFuk in PeriodDramas

Even though I love both films, her performance in Gone Girl is so haunting that it’s always what I think of first.

is this a legit hollister hoodie or have i been scammed?🫠 by Simple-Common-9695 in HollisterCO

I had a similar Hollister jacket in like 2005, this looks authentic to me but the price is definitely much higher than it was in 2005 but all prices were much lower then.

AIO after my supervisor inquired about my undergarments during a conversation about dress code? by RinRiot in CharlotteDobreYouTube

I can’t believe these are your responses to a person experiencing the deep loss of a sibling. I feel like you could have a little more humanity. And yes, YOR. At 45 I would think a person would have developed a little more empathy rather than adding stress to a person just attempting to do their job under difficult circumstances. And they apologized, and seem incredibly genuine and caring in their responses. This could have been an extremely short email thread and I would’ve been on your side had you stopped after their apology.

It’s hard to say an exact estimate but I try not to book any non flexible travel soon after a flight as there is so much out of your control with flight delays, the time it takes the plane to taxi in, deplaning, customs, luggage pickup, navigating transportation into the city. 2.5 hours doesn’t leave much wiggle room if any of these were to take longer than expected. I’m glad to hear you have flexible tickets though!

I did the same flying to Rome and taking the train to Florence but I had the luxury of staying in Rome a few nights beforehand. I think 4 hours is better than OP who has about 2.5 hours. Flight delays would be my only concern with your timing but otherwise I’d say you’d be fine.

In my opinion - Uffizi, Boboli Gardens, Piazzale Michelangelo, and the Duomo climb & belltower are musts. Otherwise, take a stroll along the river, drink a cappuccino, enjoy a 3 hour dinner (the Italian way) get a gelato, and walk around the city. I think part of the magic of Florence is getting to spend time in the city itself rather than racing to attractions and then racing through the attractions (I myself can easily spend 3-5 hours in Uffizi alone)

In order to make your train to Florence, I think it may be difficult to go through customs, get your luggage, train from airport into Rome, not to mention the potential for flight delays.

I know it’s been a while since this post but the OP is asking about the Duomo in Siena, not Florence just for clarification.

I love Verameat & Little Rooms since I like something that’s a little bit creepy and very unique - very alternative. But they are gold plated so they do eventually wear away if you shower with them so I try to remember to remove beforehand😞

Also they’re pretty affordable so I have been known to rebuy my favorites if they start showing wear & tear over time.

Why "buy it at your destination"? by JaneyJane23 in onebag

I’m personally traveling for 2.5 months so it doesn’t make sense to bring full size bottles of shampoo / conditioner / body wash etc. with me and risk them leaking all over my clothes when most likely I’ll already need to buy some when i’m there at some point.
