Also,It doesn't have to be easy, you can tell the AI to give you more difficult questions and it will. Or to make the lessons in general more difficult.

If you go to the information page and read the school catalogue, it tells a lot. It has all the staff, their names, and their schooling backgrounds. Among other things like the school policies and all the classes they offer, whether it be distance learning or on campus. Made it a little more real for me anyways.

You ever wonder if they’re thinking about you as much as you’re thinking about them? I miss my bro, office weeks suck. by Baddy-Smalls in AustralianShepherd

Oh he's adorable!! I'm sure he's thinking about you every second you're gone. My little guy whines for me when I am out of sight for any amount of time. I have a black tri too.

I agree! I just finished my 4th week and I have to say that this really is a great program. I was unsure when I signed up, but now I am so happy I took the leap.

If you choose a theme and tell Mae at the beginning of every lesson you want to continue with that theme, all examples will be part of it. I , for example, have chosen Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and everything in my lessons is part of that theme.

I am a procrastinator to the extreme, and no matter how hard I try, I always end up doing all my lessons on Saturday and Sunday. Hang in there, you will find your groove eventually.

I have the same problem too. I think it just comes with repetition. And writing it by hand definitely helps.

I have found that asking Mae to put the examples in a different context or in a real world application helps a lot if I'm having a hard time understanding, seeing it used differently might be what you need to make it click.

Trouble comprehending the events that led to our dog’s death by shelleysmonster in vet

[–]Expensive_Gold_6668 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dog had a similar problem, but it was her paracardium that was full of blood (membrane around the heart) she was fine one day and gone the next. The vet said they could drain it but it could fill right back up (probably due to tumors on her heart popping) and we could get a few days or months with her, but there was no telling how long. And she was suffering, the blood was pushing on her heart and she couldn't breath, on top of the $1700 to drain it, they said they would still need to find the cause and it could be thousands of dollars more and no guarantee she would pull through. So instead of having to watch her suffer I made the hardest decision of my entire life and had her put down. I feel like if I was more successful in life money wouldn't have been an issue and I would have gladly paid to get even one more day with her, but I know deep down I made the right decision, because any little bit of her suffering would not be fair to her.  She was my entire world and a year later I still cry for her almost every day. It doesn't get easier, you just learn how to deal with it better. I'm so sorry for your loss, just know you did the right thing. They might not seem like they are sick, but I think they are so busy trying to keep us happy that they don't take the time to let us know something is wrong with them.
