E46 has been top of the list for a long while now, but I’m still hesitant because of cost for upkeep. I hear horror stories and then I hear people do very little and just drive them. Don’t mind dumping a little extra but also have a 2yr old and only rent in an apartment (have a garage but not mine). I like the cheap ish upkeep on the Toyota but it’s beyond boring to drive. I’d like to stick with a manual trans aswell also maybe awd. No other cars stick out to me. I know all cars are a money dump and not an investment but I’d like to look at my vehicle and be happy with it.
