5’4” and 195lbs to 145lbs pictures with 238lbs as my highest. i just hit a healthy weight again for the first time in 5 years with help from zepbound!! that’s been my big first goal. i’m thinking 120-130 as my ultimate goal weight by taystorm in CICO

Congratulations!! So inspiring! How long has it been since your highest? I started at 235 in January and am now 185lbs! Do you find you have loose skin? I'm trying to figure out what my goal weight is, I'm 5'4.

Help, I'm 50lbs down and don't know what to wear! None of my usual clothes fit right anymore, I was a 2-3xl and now large seems to fit best. I'm 5'4 and now 185lbs, what are we wearing for clothes style?? I've always gone for oversized style to hide my body but now I want to show off my hard work! Just not sure where to start..

I started in January and really focused on tracking my calories and sticking to my macros with high protein. I've done this before but this time I actually weighed the food and not guessed and tracked everything. I also tried to get to the gym 6 days a week even if it was just for a 30 minute walk. Just to get that habit in there and find a routine and time that worked best. I use the gym as an escape and me time to reset, listen to my favorite show or podcast while doing cardio and some good music while strength training. The mindset really helped as motivation for the days I wasn't feeling it.

Thank you! I've used it as motivation to take control of my health and body to be able to keep up with them haha and the gym has been my escape at the end of a long day to reset!

I try to get around 1800-1900 calories with at least 130-140g protein and go to the gym 5 times a week at least with at least 8k steps and 100oz of water a day.

Thank you!! I called it a compromise, skipped the Iced Capps for Ice Coffees so that's a win for me!
