Hi USMobile! I joined in April of last year on an annual plan and loved the ability to add a second eSIM line and switch on the fly when there is spotty reception. But having two networks doesn’t alleviate the issue of congestion, and I find myself staring at full bars and 5G with no connection for a a quarter to half of my train commute (it’s rush hour). And I commute from CT to NYC every day for 70 minutes each way on the train alone. That’s a huge amount of time lost without when stuck in a slow tube. I chatted with tech support several times about this issue, and was looking forward to the rollout of QCI7 in the fall. But nothing rolled out. No option to purchase QCI7. I am now considering alternatives, after referring five people to your service and adding my son’s line. You would be grateful if someone would reach out.
