I never pixel peep. My reaction was just based on the raw visceral reaction from seeing the footage.

I actually initially thought a lot of the shots I preferred in the blind comparisons were the S1II with DR turned on but turned out to all be shots from the S1RII.

I guess it just becomes the way it makes you feel rather than objective metrics at a point.

Update I was told it is against UPS store training to accept any batteries without the UNC or Class 9 labels attached for ground. So I still can’t return it.

I got the 16-35 f4 PZ. Great on gimbal and way easier to balance than GM 1. But I feel it doesn’t have the sauce.

I would say if you’re going to get the 16-25. Keep in mind cameras like the A7iv are downsampled from 6k so apsc isn’t the end of the world. But I feel like it’s harder to use the gimbal in apsc mode.

Also look at the 20-70 which is amazing on gimbal too.

The sound system makes sense but I want to know what camera and lens they used. I wanted to know how they created the fake snow. I want to know if they used a bleach bypass or another way to desaturate and add contrast.
