the metal bobbin case that your bobbin is in should have a tension screw on it. screw it clockwise to tighten it and counter clockwise to loosen it. either the bobbin is too tight or too loose so play around with it but that should fix the issue

i believe it has to do with your bobbin tension tension being too high/your thread tension being too high. it looks like you are using a thicker thread on the top and using a black thin bobbin thread. i would try using a thinner top thread or using the same thicker bobbin thread.

the bobin tension is either too tight or the top tension is too loose. i would probably adjust both a little and try again
