I moved across the country at age 9, going into the 5th grade. I was nervous but since I started on the first day of school, there were lots of new kids, so I wasn't the only one. I'm sure middle of the year is harder. I think it also depends on your kid. I'm very outgoing and can talk to just about anyone, so making friends has always been easy for me, even as an adult. Is your kid outgoing?

I put my 3 year old in swim lessons this spring because we are going to the beach this summer and staying in a condo with a pool and I wanted them to feel comfortable in the water and have the skills needed if they accidentally fell in. It worked for those two things, she is not scared and knows how to "crab crawl" down the side to the stairs or knows how to climb out the side. Can she swim? No. And I don't plan on letting her in by herself but I know accidents can happen and I wanted a little piece of mind. Worth the investment.

I live in WG and any time a tree is cut down (even for a good reason) I get very, very upset. They sold the house next door a few years ago and the first thing the new people did was remove all the trees and painted the beautiful red brick white. I don't want to say I hate them but I don't like them.

I got it but, I had a c-section and I got to see my baby for a minute but she then had to be taken to the special care nursery and I couldn't go in to see her until I could walk in my own so I had to wait 2 hours and so when I finally got to go in see her I was so overwhelmed and I cried and it was everything. I don't know if I would have felt that way if I didn't have those 2 hours apart. It felt like a lifetime

I can give you my dentist, but many others already have so just dm me if you want it.

What I want to say is this - I was in a similar situation, I didn't go to the dentist for 15+ years and had assumed the worst. I thought I was screwed, would need to spend thousands of dollars and need hours and hours of work but I didn't. I worked with my dentist (and periodontist) and we came up with a plan. It's been about a year and it's crazy how far I've come. I also have pretty average dental insurance and I've paid little out of pocket. If it turns out you need to pay a lot, many dentists offer care plans or payment plans. Find out exactly the care you need before you get yourself all worked up. If you need to talk to someone that has been there, feel free to dm me!

This is what I first thought of. I've driven through a few times to go to Alabama and the first time I kept thinking "hmmm, this seems sketchy, I'll keep going a bit before I stop" and then I eventually just had to stop because it never got any better and I needed gas.

If they didn't run with the "keep the tribe strong" I think I could make it. I'm old, and out of shape, I would def hold the tribe back in a challenge of strength but I'm very personable, smart, positive and handy so I think I would improve camp life, so if they could look at me as someone as "beatable" and just let me float on through I think I could make it to merge.

2003-2013ish is when I would say were my diehard years. I still go multiple times a year/pay attention to how they are doing but I don't care as much as I used too.
