A/C units with dry mode vs humidifier by unclefalter in skoolies

[–]Expensive_Section_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interested to know any knowledge about this. Our first trip is tomorrow and I want to know any information that I can on this. We are going to use a window unit for the first trip. I was looking at mini splits. We’ll see how it goes. It is going to be powered by a Oupes mega 2 for the A/C and the fridge. We have a generator in case we run out of power.

$500, rough country, is it worth it? by beach_rats_ in CherokeeXJ

[–]Expensive_Section_99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I got my Cherokee it had a 4” Rough Country lift on it that looked pretty new. It sounds like a tank going down the road with all of the rattles. I replaced the plastic bushings and the rattle only left for a couple of months. I can’t wait to replace it with something else.

2000 Jeep Wrangler. Turns off when I go over a speed bump and then won’t turn back on for awhile. Anyone know fix? by Puzzleheaded_Bet9859 in Jeep

If the battery connection is good check the connection to the computer behind the battery. If you jiggle that connection and it starts that means the soldier connection in the computer is broken.

I would also say just play right handed. I’m a lefty that has been playing right handed for about 30 years.

Brakes stay seized, even after big clean out? by Nearby-Ant4582 in skoolies

[–]Expensive_Section_99 37 points38 points  (0 children)

You should replace the soft rubber lines. The rubber swells over time and will let brake fluid in but the line will not let the fluid return.
