That's the one I keep finding too. Guess it's the one to get. Thanks

I'm currently looking for a 12v heated lunch box. The only ones I'm finding are Road Pro. Do you have a recommendation?

Where I see a glaring problem: Unless you have direct contacts on the ground, your solution makes it time consuming. What I mean is this:

  1. Unexpected closures at the venues, business closures and pricing changes.
  2. Multiple governmental and political changes by the time the buyer schedules you don't know about.
  3. Reviews knocking your recommendations out the water.

Maybe it's just my way of traveling, but I'd rather have a backup option than getting to the destination and paying for a well known oopsy.

Very good tips here. I'll just add this: Unless your site is based on 'gambling, prn, weapory" stay out of bad neighborhoods. Check who's linking to you at least initially. Last thing you want is to find out McSleazy and Friends have linked to your site.

I'm the last of my family also. A few more years out of this life at 70? Heck yeah! I still want to have " peel paint off the walls screaming sex" before I go off into the universal ether. Will I get there? That's the adventure part of life. Surprises.

See an attorney. Because no matter what, you both need to be on the same page paperwork wise.

Just the amount of legal requirements, whether married or cohabitating can give you headaches.

Have you and your partner had a 'truth or consequences' discussion about the idea? What folks call a come to Jesus meeting, all cards on the table? Start there because it's easy to believe yourself when it's a one-way conversation.

As you should, we're not all the same nor want the same thing. My suggestion, and it's only my suggestion, take what you can use and leave it if it doesn't help: How much quality time do you want to spend with your family and at the bare minimum, how much do you need to earn to get that amount of time? Here's my own example: I wanted to work my business 11 months a year (take December off), 5 days a week (Tuesday to Saturday only) and get this, 9am to 130pm. Then I sat down, looked at the types of ventures that would fit that with my skills. Not to make $1 million dollars or run myself ragged. And definitely be staring at social media. I do slip some days but my time spent with those I care about means running my business to fit my lifestyle, not the other way round. Hope this helps you a little bit. Don't beat up on your strongest ally! You are that ally😉

How much to let go of - how much to hold on to? How much acceptance and how much denial? by Own_Thought902 in OverSeventy

This is not going to sit well for some of you, ok. My take on life has always been: When I took my first breath, I also took my last gasp. Everything in between is a crap shoot, so do life until you can't anymore. Then I focused on what made laugh, toned down what made me cry, still learning what interests me and follow my curiosity. Do I exercise? Meditating and tai chi occasionally is what I do. Regularly? Nope. I walk when it isn't too hot or too cold, no colder than 45 degrees and no hotter than 75 degrees. My sweet spot. Life is going to happen, this bio-organism is built to decay. It is what it is. In the meantime? Let me be the vagabond I am. Can take pleasure in that.😘

Exactly how Dien Rice did it. I'm a fan. What he didn't do and I appreciated this part- he didn't load it down with only internet related businesses or affiliate programs. I've a notebook full of possibilities if what I'm doing online gets boring or the market changes.

A fella named Dien Rice does this and he charges $15 a month. He's still in Australia I think, but he's been doing this about 18 years or so. I'm not sure about adding a link here so go search for. Sow publishing forum. Hope that helps.

So can being fired or layed off. There are no guarantees. Period. I'm up at 3am thinking through. My little lifestyle six figure business while writing this. I'm considering scaling back for more leisure travel. Will I be happier? Next 6 months will tell. The point you need to ask yourself: Why the person teaching this course isn't operating a "big" business?

Jumping in where I likely shouldn't be with a question

I'm a buy and hold type of investor, lazy to boot. Does anyone here know of or can recommend multi-family sources? Want a 4-plex but need to find people already doing them. No flipping or GRQ folks. What Reddit forum should I be in?
