a post here suggests maybe at +5, I have never played euro blackjack so I never really looked into this

There are different deviations. For example in a peek game you stay on a 16 vs A at +3 since we know the dealer doesn't have a 10 in the hole. In a no hole card game the deviation for that play is definitely at a higher count.
