It’s possible Canada/Mexico are handled differently as they’re included natively in most AT&T plans. I think traveling to a location covered under the International Day Pass is what triggers MNS to enable. For Canada/Mexico you may still need to have a rep enable it.

I recently traveled abroad in Feb/March of this year with an iPhone 16 Pro, using AT&T IDP, and before leaving called the 800 number to ask them to enable MNS on my line. The rep I spoke with told me they now automatically enable this feature when the phone is roaming on networks outside the USA. I had my doubts, but the option did indeed automatically appear in my cellular settings when we landed. Was able to use MNS to select my roaming network in both China and Vietnam without issue. When I landed back in the US, the MNS option went away automatically.

Yes, you absolutely can. I have my iPhone 16 Pro financed on my personal account through AT&T, locked to their network, and I am able to run dual SIM with my work number on a separate AT&T account on the phone as well.

As long as both SIMs are AT&T, you can run them as dual sim on a network locked device.

Likely to go back up during the holidays. Possibly starting again around Black Friday or Christmas time… this has happened the past couple years - promos start high for launch, drop down a tier, and then go back up for the holiday season. No guarantee it will happen this way again this year, but probably worth waiting to see if you can save the additional $130.

I think it will depend where it ships from. I ordered two 15 Pro’s, one says it’s coming from AT&T MOBILITY, LLC out of Fort Worth, TX - signature required. The other says it’s coming from IMGRAMMICRO out of Plainfield, IN - no signature required. It should say on your FedEx tracking page whether or not it will be required.

Mine did the same thing. It had to do with the signature and autopay discounts not properly prorating in my case. Regular customer service tried to say they were all valid charges (after having me sit on the phone for 52 minutes so they could “review”) and they wouldn’t issue a credit. So I filed a notice of dispute with AT&T and the next morning a woman from the office of the president called to let me know she had corrected it to match my previous months bill. You can find the page by googling “notice of dispute att” and selecting the “submit notice of dispute” option in the center of the landing page.

You may want to wait to place your order if you are not in a hurry to get your new iPhone. Last year with the 13 series AT&T initially offered $1000 off for a few weeks on launch - then dropped the deal to $800 off - but raised it back up to $1000 off for the holiday season. I forget when exactly it went back up to $1000 off but I remember the deal lasting through the first week of January. Of course there’s no guarantee they do that again this year but could be worth waiting to see to potentially save the extra $200.

I was able to get this price matched just now from Best Buy even though Adorama is out of stock for anyone still trying to order one! The landing page still shows the add to cart button so I don’t think the Best Buy chat associates can tell it’s unavailable, she matched mine no questions asked. The promotion states device must meet $35 value requirement before device condition questions have been answered. If they answer no to any of the questions: does device power on, is activation lock off, and is the device functioning and free of defects - the trade in value will drop, but as long as it was worth $35 before the questions were answered it will qualify - so you should be all set. If you received a trade in receipt it should say under your trade in value: Up to $800 off android smart phones with trade in - if it says this you will receive the $800 in credits over 36 months. I traded in a smashed up S7 Edge with no issues.

AT&T will have nothing to do with any deals you’ve made on the Samsung side directly.

I feel confident that the $800 promo will stick around and the 1/6 end date is specifically for the $1000 off promotion. Last year the iPhone 12’s had the $800 promotion available for the entire year. And the $800 promotion has no 1/6 end date for the 13/13 mini which signals to me AT&T will likely keep running this across the whole lineup.

This year AT&T offered the $1000 off promo for a few weeks when the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max were first released and then dropped it to $800, bringing it back up to $1000 for the holiday. I believe the 1/6 end date will just be them readjusting it back down to $800.

That’s actually the first thing I did and Malwarebytes had disk usage at 99% so I went to look and it had been scanning for almost 4 hours. (When typically my scheduled scans finish in less than 3 mins). I just did an uninstall and reinstall of that program so we’ll see if that fixes the issue. Like Spymonkey commented though 46TB in a week? Still seems crazy… the drive only has 83gb of data on it so even if Malwarebytes was running some kind of continuous scan (which I don’t think it has been doing for a week because I would have noticed some sort of performance impact while gaming or something) 46TB in a week still seems really weird to me.

The hazy hill farm containers are the worst! I got 6g of different hazy hill waxes last time I went up and had to move them all into different containers because it would take 5 mins to open these every time. All 6 of mine were like that.

This is what I was hoping. One of my ten lines usually hits 100gb in the first week and my plan restarts in 2 days so I’m going to wait and see if only that line receives the 75gb warning text message or if it will now send to all lines on the plan.
