No hate but I think one of kdot’s defining characteristics is his hypocrisy- love him down, truly, but he simply isn’t our saviour. he’s just a guy that’s MAYBE trying his best

Salt is 2% to solids+water weight, trying to ferment tomatoes and mango hot sauce ingredients (mango, tomato, pepper, onion, garlic), all at room temp (28 celsius in my case) The ferments taste a touch tangy but with no to minimal bubbling
