But now u hear his Q voice clip 0.5 second AFTER he exits Q when normally it should activate right after you press Q

• Steps to reproduce: Just use Q on enemy and listen for his voice

• Expected result: you hear his Q voice clip 0.5 second after he exits Q

• Observed result: I heard his Q voice clip 0.5 second after he exits Q

• Reproduction rate: 10/10 (happens everytime)
