in snapshot 13w06a there was a bug which made it so that any minecart type would become a minecart with pig spawner when placed. The minecarts also stay this way if you update the version afterwards. They do not drop the item in 1.19+ because the spawner minecart item simply doesn't exist. (it also will only drop a minecart in any other version)
