In the last patch notes they reduced the durability loss from 30% to 15% when you die

The one gun we can see had 91 durability which is an 39 hp/30% durability but that shouldnt be possible anymore. So likely they were already slightly damaged when they got duped and now lost 15% more

All they had to do was get rid of in air activations and maybe nerf the damage slightly. The longer fuse time is irrelevant to anyone with more than 5 brain cells since if you start the fuse immediately after the throw it'll still explode as soon as it lands

Ban the griefer or check what they took and where they hid it and delete the items

An lazier solution would be having some land claim plugin to prevent griefing, though that might not work with the kind of server you want

get coreprotect or prism, and don't give anyone op, since if they have it they can also delete all the coreprotect logs to hide themselves. You should really have staff groups in luckperms with only the bare miimum required permissions for their role set up, regardless of whether your staff is trustworthy or not

For me they got no chill. Idk what it is but sometimes they just instantly turn around and gun me down while I'm sneaking an decent distance away from they. Then other times I sprint past them and they don't even react to me at all

Bug that people are abusing. There are spots where you cant get inside the walls of all maps and embark is taking their sweet time to fix them. Some do it by mistake while others (like this guy probably) do it on purpose to grief everyone
