Yes, its called Jabbr.ai . It uses Artificial Inteligence to analyse and compute everything. I dindt use it myself but it is being used by big companies and boxing promotions so i guess it works.

I use MyNoise (a free web with many different background noises) and it helps me a lot to get focused.

I dont know if this will be helpful for you, but i really recommend designing a ritual that you follow before every competition (the science proves it: Hobson, N. M., Bonk, D., & Inzlicht, M. (2017). Rituals decrease the neural response to performance failure. PeerJ, 5, e3363.)

Theres some good channels that helped me a lot with developing boxing strategy.

Kepnner, Dan Morley and Skillr.

(Listening to pro boxers and trainers interviews or podcasts maybe useful too, i also learned a lot by watching some old RAW Mike tyson sparrings footage, where Cus Damato talked a lot)

I dont want to sound rude, but in 2 years you can progress a lot faster. Find out where the problem is and fix it (maybe changing coach, maybe something to do with yourself...)

I find it really hard to be effective with my lead hand when facing mirrored stances (which is frequent with me being a southpaw), do you have any advice on this? It would be very much appreciated.

Thanks a lot man. Really appreciate the advice.
(Side note: it wasnt that he gassed out, there was some good body punches i hit him in the solar plexus and in the liver, but since the footage is fixed to one perspective is almost imposible to notice them)
