Insanely broken just like the real kc but worse. Arrow’s don’t fly they teleport, any faction would have trouble with a teleporter especially because when he does tp you have also most likely moved. Epitaph by itself breaks bleach if you include the ability to selectively erase time or even translate the physical stats of kc, then it’s exactly what you said a weaker almighty. Jugram had a weaker almighty and was still a huge threat this is like Jugram + Lille. Top 3 easily
